Audrey Lynn LeFebvre, 43, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025, in a local hospital.

Born on May 9, 1982, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Audrey was the beloved daughter of Mark Allen Bruursema and Rose Ann Howerzyl Bruursema. She spent much of her early life immersed in the mission field, traveling extensively with her family. Her father, Mark, was a dedicated pastor, and their work took them up and down the West Coast of the United States. Some of Audrey's most vivid childhood memories, however, come from their time in Australia. While traveling she lived in Eugene, Oregan where she graduated from Thurston High School, before later settling in Jacksonville, Florida.

Audrey was known for her deep faith and love of scripture, often spending time reading her Bible. She also found comfort and joy in watching classic TV shows, especially Friends. With a heart for service, she was happiest when helping others and spent time volunteering at the Hilliard VFW, where she gave her time to support local Veterans.

Audrey is survived by her devoted husband, Robert James LeFebvre, III; her cherished children, Emily, Noah, and Jon LeFebvre; her parents; her brother, Dutch Bruursema (Kena); and a host of extended family and friends who will remember her with love and gratitude.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, October 12, 2025, in the Event Center at Peeples, 14165 N. Main Street (Building C), with Pastor Steve Berrey officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the funeral home prior to the service.

Peeples Family Funeral Home is honored to serve the LeFebvre Family.
