Audrey Mihalich Obituary
East Palestine - Audrey P. Mihalich, age 90, of East Palestine, died on Monday, July 1, 2024, at Windsor House at Parkside Health Care Center, Columbiana.
She was born on October 9, 1933, in Monongahela, PA, the daughter of the late John and Irene Dunham Thomas.
Audrey was a past member of Cecilia Catholic Church in Rochester, PA, and had worked as a nurse's aide for both Passavant Homes in Rochester, PA, and Casa Corro in East Palestine. She was a past member of both the Eagles and the Moose Lodge in East Palestine and enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Her husband, Mike Mihalich, whom she married on November 2, 1963, preceded her in death on, July 23, 1982.
Audrey is survived by her daughter, Michelle Massey of East Palestine; son, Larry Munyon of Salem; six grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Mihalich, and a brother John Thomas, III.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 8, 2024, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine.
A brief prayer service will be held following the visitation on Monday, at 11:00 am, at the funeral home.
Burial will take place at Glenview Cemetery, East Palestine.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine.
