Audrey J. Ward, age 74, of North Huntingdon, passed away at home on October 14, 2025. She was born on January 13, 1951, in Wilkinsburg, the daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret (Ferenczy) Bargiel and the beloved wife of John Ward.
Audrey dedicated 41 years of her career to UPMC McKeesport Hospital, where she worked as an administrative secretary in nursing and facility management. She enjoyed practicing yoga and taking daily walks. Crafting was one of her passions, and she cherished Christmas, often hosting large gatherings in her home during the holiday season. Audrey was also an avid Pittsburgh Penguins hockey fan.
Audrey is survived by her loving and devoted husband, John, as well as her cherished siblings, Karen Bargiel, Ronnie (Kay) Bargiel, and Randy (Charlene) Bargiel; nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at the Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until 5 p.m. with a blessing service at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Inurnment at New St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum will take place at a later date.
Memorial contributions are suggested to UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, 4401 Penn Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15224.
