Austin Ray Colston, 30, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri passed away on June 4, 2025. A visitation will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025 from 4:00-5:30PM at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Liberty with a funeral service to follow beginning at 5:30PM. Mr. Colston was born on October 29, 1994 in Birmingham, Missouri.
Austin was a kind and caring person who had a big heart and was always the life of the party. He was known for lighting up any room he was in and putting a smile on everyone's face. In his younger days he enjoyed playing football and wrestling as well as watching the Kansas City Chiefs. He attended both Winnetonka High School and Excelsior Springs High School where he met many of his lifelong friends. Austin loved spending time with all of his friends and family and especially his nieces and nephews. He impacted a lot of lives though his time was short. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Barbara Warren and grandfather David Warren.
Survivors include his father Rick (Jeaneen) Colston, mother Carolyn Bailey, sister Amy Colston, brothers; Aaron Colston and Erick (Sarah) Colston, step-sisters; Megan Tipton, Kelsey Tipton, and Ashley Stephen's, grandparents; John & Brenda Blankenship and Willa Altes, and nieces and nephews; Preston, Falynn, Ryan, Hunter, Addison, Aleeyah, Zaylah, Cameron, Keenan, and Thea.
