Vicki Diane Colston, 73, was called home to be with the Lord on June 9, 2025.
Kind. Sweet. Big Hearted. Strong woman of faith. Vicki quickly became everyone's friend. She graduated from Cox High School, in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 1970. She had a long career with Miracle Ear, receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2025.
She has joined her parents, Fred and Norma Blankenship; her son, Scott Strasburg (Katie), and her granddaughter, Melissa Grass, who all predeceased her. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, James Colston; three children: Staci Morgan (Craig), Jamie Colston (Alison), and Joseph Oxenford (Jennifer); 11 grandchildren: Micah, Nathan, Lindsy, Walker, Brittany, Heather, Payton, Cash, Rowen, Kamryn and Jaxon; and, 9 great grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be conducted at Princess Anne Memorial Park on June 18, 2025, where Vicki will be laid to rest near her parents and her son.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or American Cancer Society. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
