James O. Wiley, 81, born January 23, 1944 and passed away on October 5, 2025. He was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, VA and a graduate of Maury High School. He was predeceased by his father, Garthen R. Wiley, Sr.; mother, Kathleen Wiley; brothers, Reeves Wiley, Charles Wiley, and Glenn Wiley.
James leaves behind his cherished loved son, Steven James Wiley and his ex-wife, Kathy Wiley. He will be missed by his lifelong special friends, Mike Mathis, Bobby "Bill" Winn, Richard Winn; and a host of other friends and relatives.
He was very talented in many trades and was retired from US Civil Service Maintenance Division. His favorite thing to do was fish, he loved the water and his "Boat Therapy".
James did not want a funeral service. So to honor James's memory, give that special person in your life a big hug and tell them you love them.
