Avalene is a member of the Chapel of Praise Church.
In addition to her parents, Avalene is preceded by her husband Joseph Asbury, and 2 grandchildren.
She is survived by her children Thomas Jones, Mike Asbury Sr., Ron Asbury and Jackie Asbury, and 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 9:30-11:30am on Friday, October 17, 2025, at Peoples Funeral Home in Falmouth. Funeral will immediately follow at 11:30am, also at the funeral home. Avalene's final resting place will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY.
