"For Axcel, My Little Star"
Two months of love, a fleeting grace,
A tiny smile, a perfect face.
Your heartbeat echoed soft and true,
A light too bright to long hold view.
I held the world inside my hands,
But time slipped through like falling sand.
Now silence wraps your empty bed,
And lullabies sing tears instead.
But in the hush between each sigh,
I feel you near, not gone-just high.
A star reborn in endless skies,
My baby boy with angel eyes.
