Babe Ruth Pruitt, Jr., age 66, was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. With his jovial smile and warm personality, he touched the lives of all those fortunate enough to have known him. He was a person who exhibited strength, love, and charisma in everything he did.

Throughout his life, Babe Ruth Pruitt, Jr., was always true to himself and to those around him. His heart overflowed with kindness and compassion, and he had an uncanny ability to make people feel valued and loved. It is no wonder that he leaves behind a long list of surviving family and friends who will forever treasure their memories of him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Babe Ruth Pruitt, Sr., and Juanita Whitehead Harris; brothers, Charles and Bobby Washington, Bill Pruitt, Rod and Baby Boy Harris.

Deborah Pruitt stood by Babe Ruth Pruitt, Jr.'s side for 28 1/2 years as his loving wife. Their union was a testament to the power of love and dedication. Together they built a life filled with happiness and shared countless precious moments.

Survivors include his loving wife, Deborah Pruitt; son Adrian Washington (Kelli); daughters, Samantha Washington (Cory Jarvis) and Anntrice Strickland; sisters, Mary Ann Pruitt, Mary Ellen, Donna Harris and Beulah Harris; grandchildren, MaKayla "Dutch," Gavin "Preacher," Kane "Outlaw," Bryson "Chicken legs," Brysen "Mr. B," Hendrix "Cowboy," and Lakelan "Jitterbug."

Those who knew Babe Ruth Pruitt, Jr., will forever cherish the memories they shared with him. His warm laughter, boundless love, and unforgettable spirit will be deeply missed by all. Although he may no longer be physically present, his legacy will continue to illuminate the lives of those he touched for generations to come.
