Barbara Jean Adams

Barbara Jean Adams of Hainesport, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2025 at the Samaritan Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mount Holly. She was 78. Born in Camden, Barbara grew up in Pennsauken and was a graduate of Pennsauken High School. She and her husband Leonard, were longtime residents of Medford before moving to Hainesport over 20 years ago. Barbara was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, crafts, puzzles, and shopping. She frequently went to Hobby Lobby with her daughter. Barbara enjoyed being with her grandchildren and her great-grandson Mikey. The wife of the late Leonard A. Adams, she is survived by 2 children: Brian (Rochelle) Adams of Lumberton and Sharon Michele Damiano of Mount Laurel; 4 grandchildren: Michael Damiano (Marissa), Megan Adams (Adil), Danielle Damiano (Jordan), and Kristen Adams; a great-grandson Michael Leonard Damiano. She is also survived by her brother Paul "Butch" Wenzel. Relatives and Friends are invited to her visitation on Friday, July 25th from 10am – 11am at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00am at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Park View Cemetery at Kirby's Mill in Medford.
