Virginia Beach - Barbara Rita (Wulffen) Caffrey, a beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was born on April 9, 1941, in Brooklyn, New York, and was 84 years old at the time of her passing.

Barbara devoted much of her life to her career as a medical office manager in dermatology, where she was known for her dedication and professionalism. She held an associate's degree and took great pride in her work, retiring after many years of service.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Wulffen, and her mother, Ellen Wulffen (Roche) Palladino, her daughter, Justine Caffrey Watts. Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Jacque Caffrey, son Jac Jr, daughters, Babette, Janine, Belinda, grandchildren Malina, Dustin, Samantha, Sarah, RyAnn, Travis, Gabrielle, Bree, Christopher, great grandchildren Darian, Marlee, Aria, Kayson, Samson, Noah, James, and Elliot, as well as many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
