Barbara Ann Carroll

Barbara Ann DiFatta Carroll of New Orleans, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at the age of 86. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Reuben Carroll, her parents Santo and Veronica DiFatta, and her sister Sharon Bernard. She is survived by her son Duane Carroll (Angele), Wade Carroll (Jeannie), and sister Sandra Dufour. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, Taylor Carroll (Micah), Payton Carroll, Baylie Carroll, DJ Carroll, Courtney Carroll, Camden Carroll, Joshua Pena, and her great grandchild Eloise Carroll. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was a passionate mother, grandmother, great grandmother, a loving sister, and a devoted aunt. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Angela Merici Catholic Church and she loved spending time with her family and friends. A Memorial Mass and Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at St. Angela Merici Catholic Church, 835 Melody Drive, Metairie, LA 70002. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Memorial Mass at 12:00 noon.
