Barbara A. Clark, 83, of Plainfield, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2025. She was born on April 30, 1942 in St. Louis, MO to the late Charles and Florence Madden. Barbara was the cornerstone of the family and was deeply loved by all. She was a maintenance worker for Plainfield High School. Barbara enjoyed reading and crocheting in her free time. She loved spending time with her family. Barbara was preceded in death by her sons, David and Andy Clark; brother, Eddie Madden. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 1:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home where friends may visit from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. Survivors include her loving husband, Bob Clark; son, Gary Clark; sister, Pat Taylor; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchild.
