Barbara C. (Conrad) Corbo, 83, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026 with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of Dr. Nicholas Corbo, with whom she shared 60 years of marriage. Born in Millville, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Teresa (Reed) Conrad. Barbara graduated from York Suburban High School and Millersville University with her Bachelor's Degree. She was an elementary school teacher for many years until retiring to take care of her family. Barbara was a member of St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C.
In addition to her husband, Barbara is survived by her children; Nicholas Corbo, husband of Brenda, Angela Corbo, wife of Frank Emmerich, and Matthew Corbo, husband of Andrea. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Miranda, Kayla, and Michael Corbo, Lauren Bragg, and Crystal Gritzmacher, as well as her great-granchild Gino Dinicola. Barbara was preceded in death by her sister Susan Wickenhieser.
Visitation with family and friends will be held on Thursday evening, February 19, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA 19606. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 beginning at 11:00 am at St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C., 4975 Boyertown Pike, Reading, PA 19606. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Exeter Community Education Foundation, 200 Elm Street, Reading PA 19606. Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., has been entrusted with arrangements.
