Barbara Cuevas Obituary
Barb was born in Fremont on January 31, 1947, to the now deceased Wanda (Heyman) and Donald Kuns.
She was a 1965 graduate of Fremont Ross High School, having attended the former Riley School for elementary.
A member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Clyde, she enjoyed taking care of her family. Also, she grew up with horses and hunting of the game that was around the farm. She had been in a pool league that played around the area.
On September 19, 1969, she married Robert Cuevas. He, along with two sons, David (Loretta) Schroeder of Defiance and Shawn (Jacqueline) Cuevas of Fremont survive. Mrs. Cuevas also had nine grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Barb was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Kuns in 2012.
At this time, private services will be held.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Sandusky County Humane Society.

Barb is my grandma and I love her a lot I loved going to her house and not knowing what new projects have been done. I loved how grandma would decorate her house for the different seasons. How grandma grandpa would come out to greet us when we got to her house. Or just the random calls I would get asking how we was doing. She would always ask how is Lloyd (my husband) and how our 2 boys were. She was always so proud of all of us.
We will miss you and love you grandma
