She is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, Bill Gillen; her daughter, Megan Armstrong (William); her brother, Walter Wagner (Cindy); her nephews, Fred Wagner, Lee Wagner and Roy Wagner; niece, Deborah Williams; and sister-in-law, Katherine Gillen.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Frederick and Ursula Wagner; sister-in-law, Lois Gillen; and her brother-in-law, Andrew Gillen.
A funeral service will be celebrated at 12:00pm on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808, where family and friends may visit beginning at 10:30am. Interment will be held in All Saints Cemetery.
