Barbara H. Palmer

Barbara H Palmer a longtime resident of South Park, PA passed away at the age of 78 in Phoenix, AZ on December 15, 2021 after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Barb, a loving wife and mother and the proudest grandmother, is survived by her husband, Richard Palmer, her daughters, Denise Palmer and Dawn Albert, and grandson, Alec Albert.
Barb was born in Pittsburgh, PA, graduated from Crafton High School and married her loving husband, Richard Palmer, in 1963. They celebrated 58 years of marriage last May. Barb had a kind and genuine way about her. She considered herself very fortunate for her life, family, friends, and successes. She enjoyed her time here with us having a smile and kind word for everyone that walked through her door, even throughout her recent hardships. Her fondest accomplishments included being a devoted and caring wife, wonderful mother of two daughters and loving grandmother. Barb had a classy flair for style and found pleasure in helping others feel good about themselves. Whether it was teaching Sunday school classes to 2nd graders, spending time in her element as owner of a boutique in McMurray or creating gifts and floral decors, she always left her mark.
Her smile, generous spirit and kind heart will go missed by all who were privileged to know her.
A service of remembrance will be held January 4th 2022 4pm and a gathering before at 3pm at Beinhauer Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Rd, McMurray PA 15317.
