Barbara Seeber Obituary
She is preceded in death by her mother, Wanna Janice White Dugger; and husband, Jerry Seeber.
She is survived by: children, Stacy Seeber, Tracy Pickering and husband Jason; grandsons, Tyler Young (Makenna), Logan Young, and Allen Pickering; great-grandchildren, Harley, Leia, and Lainey; father, Harold Dugger; brothers, Paul Dugger (Sheryl), David Dugger, Doyle Dugger (Kim); nephew, Davy Dugger; nieces, Heather, and Megan; and other family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Monday, February 23, 2026 from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm with Rev. David Walker officiating. Her graveside service will be on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 11am at Frost Bottom Cemetery. www.leachfamilyfuneralhome.com
