Born on February 21, 1930, in Palmerton Pennsylvania, Barbara grew up in Lower Merion Township. She attended Lower Merion High School, Ursinus College and Temple University. She is survived by her sons John (Lisa) and Bill, and her grandchildren Zach, Kate, Cooper and Jack. Barbara had a 40-year career as a nurse at Temple and various other hospitals in the Philadelphia area. Besides her devotion to nursing, Barbara was a long-time member of Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church and enjoyed classical music, antiquing, volunteering, and golf.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday December 20 th at 11:00 am at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church Chapel. There will be a livestream of the ceremony

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association at https://www.alz.org
