Barbara Alice Vradenburg, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, peacefully passed away in her sleep on October 16th, 2023. She joined her husband, Richard Vradenburg, who had left us in March of 2022. Barbara and Richard were united in marriage on August 12, 1989, and together, they shared a love that spanned 33 beautiful years. Barbara's memory lives on through her cherished family. She is survived by her children, Jeanie, Lilly, James, and Amber Vradenburg, her grandchildren, Logan and Lucas, and nephew Josh and wife Jamie McKinnon. She held a special place in her heart for each of them, and her love continues to guide and inspire their lives. In addition to her immediate family, she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews from her brothers Ian (June) and Drew (Barbara) and sister-in-law, Linda Vradenburg. Barbara's legacy further endures through her enduring friendships. She shared a close friendship of 30 years with Diane Smith, whom she met during her time at Atlas Chiropractic. Her dedication to the people she met and her ability to forge deep connections were evident in her work at the hospital, where she found joy in assisting and caring for patients. Barbara and Richard embarked on a unique adventure together, flipping houses for a period of their lives. Each house presented its own challenges, but they tackled each one with determination and love. No two houses were the same. Barbara's life was marked by her adaptability and her ability to take on any challenge, no matter how daunting. She was a jack of all trades. May Barbara rest in eternal peace, reunited with her beloved Richard, and may her memory forever shine brightly in our hearts. Barbara's family will greet visitors on Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 2PM until time of service at 7PM at Dryer Funeral Home in Holly.
