Barbara was born April 14, 1959, to the late Eugene and Grace Meredith of Somerset, KY. She was Baptist by faith. She enjoyed going to the beach (Florida), an avid bingo player, loved animals, and spending time with her family.
Preceded in death by her parents.
Survived by her husband William White, children Sheila Meredith and Lisa White, three grandchildren, sister Patricia Hill and friends that loved her.
Funeral services will be Thursday December 21, 2023, at 5:00pm Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00-5:00pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.

Barbara was a very special person, always willing to help anyone in need. She helped me to figure out some resources since I´ve been disabled and unemployed. We shared the love for our fur babies. Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved ones today and always. I´m here for you all. Anything I can do to help please let me know I´m just across the street. I´ll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers in the days and weeks ahead.
