Barbara Lee Wurst age 82, of East Greenwich Township "Clarksboro" formerly of Mantua Twp. passed away at home on Friday, September 30, 2022. Born in Philadelphia to the late Joseph Patterson and Mary Elizabeth (nee Hughes) she graduated from Paulsboro High School Class of 1958. Barbara was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was a good cook and baker who made amazing oatmeal cookies. Barbara took great pride taking care of her home and often donated to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Wife of the late Robert J. Wurst, she is survived by her children, Barbara Ann Tiller, Kimberly Hagerman, daughter-in-law Dawn Hagerman, and Scott Robert Wurst, grandchildren, Andrew Joseph Hale & his wife Heather, Nathaniel Hale & his fiancé Tyesha, Destiny Rose Hagerman & her boyfriend Jordyn Martin, and Ashley Nicole Williams, her brother, William Patterson & partner Cindi, two sisters, Patricia Ann Caserta & her husband Neal, and Mary Elizabeth Mauger & her husband Daniel, and her brother Joseph Patterson & wife Bonnie. Barbara was predeceased by her sons, Kenneth J. Hagerman and Gary Hagerman.
Burial will be private. As an expression of sympathy, contributions can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, Attn: Office of Development, 2900 N. Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607 or at https://donate.lovetotherescue.org
