Barry D. Bray, age 79, passed away on November 7, 2025, at his home in Louisville, Kentucky, with his wife by his side under hospice care.
Barry was born on March 30, 1946, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Robert B. Bray and Mildred Schrand Bray.
He was a graduate of St. Francis Seminary in Cincinnati, Ohio, Class of 1964. He then attended Duns Scotus College in Southfield, Michigan, for two years before completing his studies at Xavier University in 1970, earning a degree in Business and Philosophy. Barry went on to build a career in banking.
In addition to his parents, Barry was preceded in death by four siblings and one sister-in-law. He is survived by his loving wife, son, daughter-in-law, and grandson; two sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; and many nieces, nephews, and their families.
Barry was a devoted member of the Knights of Columbus in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Margaret Mary Church on November 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., with Fr. Bill Hammer officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery on Newburg Road.
