Born November 19, 1960 in Carbondale, PA, he is the son of Margaret Gorel Morales of Kingsley, PA, and the late Nestor B. Morales.
Bart was a graduate of Mountain View High School and earned a diesel mechanic certificate from a local trade school. He then enlisted in the United States Air Force where he was honorably discharged after 4 years as an aircraft maintenance specialist/technician.
He was a lifelong carpenter and owner and operator of Morales Construction. He also co- owned along with brother Doug, B&D Stone, Kingsley, where he recently retired after 25 years.
He built his own home and enjoyed skiing, snowmobiling, working out and watching Breaking Bad and Yellowstone. He was also an avid Steelers fan and enjoyed traveling.
He is also survived by six siblings: David Morales, Sr. and wife, Christine of Clifford Township, PA, Robert Morales of Kingsley, PA, Mark Morales and wife, Mandy of Parrotsville, TN, Douglas Morales and wife, Alisha of Lenox Township, PA, Nancy Padilla and husband, Julio E. Sr. of New Milford, PA, and Brian Morales of South Abington Township, PA; nine nieces and nephews: David Morales, Jr. and wife, Kelly, Luke, Caden and Macie Morales, Alyssa Murray, Kadence and Scarlett Morales, Julio E. Padilla, Jr. and Maryna A. Padilla; great niece and nephew: Charlotte and Nolan Morales; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; five special friends: Ricky DeNike, John Mroczka, Joe Jerry and Debbie and Ron Wells.
A funeral service with military honors was held Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 18 Airport Road, Clifford, PA, with Rev. Bonnie Resseguie, officiating. Interment, Willow View Cemetery, Clifford, PA.
A viewing was held Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 1-3 p.m.
