Bea LeForce Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bowser Family Funeral Home - Broken Bow on Aug. 19, 2024.
Bea Jaye LeForce, age 70, of Clebit, Oklahoma, died, Saturday, August 17, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Sunday, December 13, 1953 to Elsworth Denton and Ethel Lee Crawford Blackwell in Muleshoe, Texas.
Bea Jaye was a woman of deep faith and unwavering trust in God, finding peace and purpose in her relationship with Jesus and her spiritual beliefs were the foundation of her life. Bea Jaye cherished the simple joys of life, like sitting on her front porch, welcoming visitors with warmth and kindness as they stopped by for a chat. Her love for her family and friends was boundless, and she found great joy in the time spent with those she held dear.
Bea Jaye had a strong work ethic, reflected in her nine years of service at the Battiest School cafeteria and her three years at the Pickens public library. Her dedication to her community and her roles in these institutions left a lasting impact on those she served.
In her free time, Bea Jaye enjoyed life's simple pleasures, like watching westerns, tending to her garden, and preserving the fruits of her labor through canning. Her homemade salsa was a favorite among many, as were her meals of fried deer meat and perfectly cooked steaks. Bea Jaye's life was a beautiful blend of faith, family, and the love of good, honest work. Her legacy is one of kindness, community, and the cherished traditions she passed down through her cooking and her heart.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jerry LeForce; her brothers, Billy Ordin Blackwell, Jerry Wilson, Denton Blackwell and Richard Wilson and sisters, Betty Hampton, Mary Jane Robinson, Owatha Brown, Kay Blackwell and Billie Stowe.
Bea Jaye is survived by her son, Shawn Parsons of Clebit, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Destani and Eddy Raygadas of Clebit, Oklahoma, Britani Parsons of Clebit, Oklahoma and Kalie LeForce of Idabel, Oklahoma; one great grandchild, Elena Raygadas of Clebit, Oklahoma; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 23, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Pickens Assembly of God with Brother Jimmy Box officiating. Visitation will be general. Arrangements are entrusted to Bowser Family Funeral Home in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
