Bea Tork Obituary
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids, WI on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 11:00 am with Fr. Jerome Patric presiding. Visitation will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids, WI on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Burial will follow the service at Forest Hill Mausoleum in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.
Bea was born on November 28, 1928, in Wisconsin Rapids, WI to Ingvar and Josephine (Barney) Arneson. Bea met the love of her life Daniel Tork, and they were married on August 12, 1950, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Following high school Bea attended the Milwaukee School of Beauty Culture. Bea owned and operated Bea Torks Beauty Salon for over 30 years.
Bea was a charter member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and a National Cosmetology Association Member. She was on the board for Mid-State Technical College for the cosmetology department.
In her free time Bea loved to travel and would go camping every weekend with her husband. She enjoyed attending any hairdresser conventions. Bea was a woman who never sat still and always had to be doing something. Her favorite thing to do was to follow her children and grandchildren in all of their events.
Bea is survived by her sons, Dan (Peggy) Tork, Jim (Cindy) Tork; grandchildren, AJ Tork (Sandy), Lucas Tork (Sarah), Lexi (Nathan) Weiler, Dennis (Amy) Tork; great-grandchildren, Logan Crooks, Shaun Weiler, Catherine Weiler, Emma Weiler; brother, Bill (Mary Jo) Arneson; sisters-in-law, Judie Arneson, Audrey Dittrich and many wonderful nieces, nephews and their children.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Daniel Tork, son, Bill Tork; infant son, Dennis Tork; brothers, Ingvar (Janet) Arneson, Korey Arneson, David Arneson; sisters, Bonnie (Gerald) Falk, Barbara (Philip) Dolan-Dove, Kathy Arneson; in-laws, Walter and Martha Tork; brothers-in-law, Richard (Barbara) Tork, Raymond Tork, John Dove; nephews, Tim Dolan, Jerry Falk.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bea's name to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.
The family would like to thank the staff at The Renaissance for the excellent care given to Bea.

I will cherish the memories of my sweet and sooo positive Aunt Bea. She was a very big influence for the first 14 years of my life as the Torks were not just our relationship but our backyard neighbors. Always special to me. . . Always. . . Always
