Mrs Beatrice Marian Tomko

Where ever Beatrice Tomko went, there was her beautiful Smile! She was born and grew up in Ohio and in 1953 she and her husband and at that time, 2 children, moved to Vista, California. They opened Tomko's Vista Video television sales and repair in Vista and had their 3rd child. In 1977 they built a home in Aspendell, near Bishop, CA and have lived there and Oceanside both ever since. She was a devoted loving wife to Robert "Bob" Tomko for 70 years and together they travelled the world both for pleasure and with Rotary International. She was a terrific Mother to her 3 children Lila McKinney, Robert "Bob" Tomko, JR, and Kathy Hammes. She was preceded in death by her parents Bertha and August Peterka and 3 siblings Bernice Taylor, Richard Peterka and Jean Sobek. She was also still grieving the passing of her son Bob this past July. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Robert "Bob" Tomko and her daughter Lila McKinney and her husband John "Jack" McKinney and her daughter Kathy Hammes and her husband Ronald Hammes. She also leaves her grandchildren Diane McKinney, Dan McKinney, Jason Hammes and wife Faith Hammes, Jonathon Tomko, Stephanie Tomko and husband Leigh Matthews, Joshua Hammes and wife Jennie Hammes, AmyMarie Zuniga and husband Joe Zuniga and her great grandchildren Broderick Mckinney, Ashlyn McKinney,Morgan McKinney, Zion Hammes and Sage Hammes and her great great grandchild Jaeden McKinney. We Pray that Your Tears of Sadness May Become Tears of Joy in remembering Bea's Legacy.
