In addition to her husband, David, she is survived by her daughters, Angela Powell and Elizabeth Duncan, and grandchildren Jessica and Jenna Powell.
In addition to her parents, Belinda was preceded in death by her sister Deborah Tillett.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 1pm-3pm at Clark Legacy Center-Brannon Crossing, Nicholasville. All are invited for a time of fellowship and of sharing memories. A graveside service will be held Monday, May 13, 2024 at 12pm at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Mrs. Belinda Preston to the American Heart Association.
