Belva Ruth Lawton, age 95, of Patterson Twp., passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025. She was born in Freedom, PA on June 13, 1930 and was the son of the late Louis and Ida Anna Kirchner Walker. Belva was employed as a telephone operator at Bell Telephone and later retired as an adjustor from Westinghouse. She was a member of the Riverview United Methodist Church and was a part of their women’s club. She was also a member of the Patterson Twp. Ladies Auxiliary.
Belva is survived by her children, Jeffrey S. (Jean) Lawton of Patterson Twp.; Gregory W. Lawton of Patterson Twp.; Julie A. Pedaline of Patterson Twp.; brother, Richard Louis (the late Anne) Walker of Freedom, PA; many nieces and nephews; and her dog, Sammy.
A burial took place at Beaver Falls Cemetery and Memorial Park. Arrangements were cared for by Campbell’s Chippewa Funeral Home, Inc., 2618 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 (Randy R. Wheeler, supervisor, 724-843-2500).
