Ben A. Crawley passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the age of 96. He was born on September 28, 1929, to Leroy and Violet Crawley and was a lifelong resident of Kaysville, Utah.
On October 6, 1956, Ben married the love of his life, Bonnie Carter. Ben proudly served in the Air Force Reserves in San Antonio, Texas. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In December 1990 he retired after 38 years of service with Mountain Bell\Qwest.
Ben was known for his strong work ethic and remarkable ability to fix or build just about anything. As an exceptional handyman, he was the person family and friends could always count on when something needed repairing. He also had a great love for gardening and took pride in caring for his yard.
He enjoyed spending time with his family. His homemade cookies were always a favorite, and at Christmas time he made caramel popcorn and peanut brittle.
Ben is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie Crawley; his two daughters, Lori Munson and Shelly (Joe) Winter; seven grandchildren, Jeremy, Cris, Jeff, Brittany, Janessa, Ashley, and Mindy; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Violet Crawley; his brother, Don Crawley; and his sisters, June Wall and Ann Crawley.
Ben will be remembered for his kindness, his dedication to his family, and his ability to make and fix almost anything. His legacy lives on in the many lives he touched and the family who loved him dearly.
