Benjamin Lee Silvert, 54
Benjamin Lee Silvert, 54 of Ashland passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025 in his mother's home following a eight month battle with Cancer.
He was born on April 11, 1971 in Ashland the son of Dennis and Jane (nee Coram) Silvert.
Ben graduated from Crestview High School, Class of 1989. He was employed at Hi-Point Firearms for more than eight years.
He married the former Amanda Brown on May 1, 2010.
Ben enjoyed golfing with his dad, watching his daughters play softball and watching football. Although he never loved the game of basketball, it his daughters, Maci' favorite so he learned to like it.
He was a loving husband, son, and father.
Ben is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Amanda Silvert of Ashland; his mother, Jane Bohn of Ashland; his father, Dennis Silvert of Ashland; five children, Becca, Maci, Jorden, and Jennifer Silvert and Austin Coon; one grandson, Liam; his sisters and brother, Lyn (Scott) Thorpe of Savannah, Dennis II (Denise) Silvert of Mesa, Arizona, Heather (J.D.) Booher of Rockport, Texas, and Holly Armstrong of Mansfield; and a father-in-law, Michael (Diane) Brown of Galion.
He is preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Sheila Roe; and a step-father, Terry Bohn.
In keeping with his wishes, no services will be observed.
