Bernard Mueller Obituary

Bernard “Bernie” Mueller passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 80.

Bernie was a true Minnesotan, having resided in the Land of 10,000 Lakes for his entire life, with the exception of his honorable military service.

If there was one thing you could always count on, it was finding Bernie's house stocked with Hershey Kisses. He never missed an opportunity to don his flannel shirts, which he wore with pride like a second skin. Western movies were a staple in his life.

Bernie found solace and joy in the great outdoors, appreciating the beauty of nature and relishing in its wonders. Whether he was exploring the family farm that had always held a special place in his heart or simply sitting outside, observing the wildlife, he felt a deep connection to the world around him. He had a remarkable ability to fix just about anything, spending countless hours tinkering on the farm and ensuring that everything was in perfect working order.

With his mischievous smirk and sarcastic sense of humor, Bernie had a natural talent for bringing laughter to those around him. His quick wit and playful banter added an extra sparkle to every conversation, leaving friends and family joyfully entertained. There was one thing he never hesitated to express, his unwavering loyalty to Chevy and his disdain for all things Ford.

Bernie is survived by his daughters, Kimberly (Garth) Nahrgang, Kary (Dave) Schansberg, and Kathy (Michael) Gibbs; grandchildren, John (Hailey) Nahrgang, Casey Nahrgang, Olivia Schansberg, Elijah Schansberg, and Isabella Schansberg; great granddaughter, Eloise Nahrgang; siblings, Clarence Jr., Everett, Ronald, Raymond, and Stanley.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Mueller; mother, Laura Mueller; and brother, Robert Mueller.

A private family funeral will be held in honor of Bernie.
