After graduating Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Mount Holyoke College in 1962, she had a very successful career on Wall Street. Barbara married Gilbert Mueller in 1965 and left banking to raise her 2 children, Bert and Catherine. She resumed her career as the Personnel Officer at Morris View Nursing Home.
Her priority was always her family. She is survived by her son Bert and his wife Rebecca, daughter Catherine and adored grandchildren Jake and Scarlet. She lived a full life with many travels, she was an accomplished pianist, loved the Yankees and even won the $20,000 Pyramid. She enjoyed her life and activities at Fox Hills, where she made many great friends and especially enjoyed the Bridge Club.
She will be loved and missed by all.
Viewing will be held at Tuttle Funeral Home on Saturday 10/18 from 1pm-4pm which will include a short prayer service at 3:30pm.
All are welcome to join us after in celebration of Barbara, at 4:30pm, location to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Barbara's name to The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society or St. Huberts Animal Society.
