Helen H. King went to be with the lord on Monday, October 27th, 2025. Helen was a resident of Succasunna for 65 years.
Helen had a passion for life and always made friends with everyone she met. She enjoyed singing, dancing and music. In her earlier years she was a member of a Community Theater group and enjoyed performing in plays. She served as a Cub Scout Den Mother and was very involved in her children's activities. She was always there to support them. She also worked for several dentists and later on, part time at Macy's. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Orthodox Church and sang in the Choir. Helen loved to travel and always enjoyed summer vacations at the Jersey Shore. She was a member of the Forever Young Seniors of Roxbury as well as a member of the Dialysis Center of NW Jersey since its inception. She received a customer service award for doing volunteer work with the Dialysis Center of NW Jersey.
She was preceded in death by her parents Nicholas and Fanny, brothers Stephen and Theodore, sisters Mary Madison, Eva Phoebus and Anna Platt and her husband Allen of 57 years. She is survived by her son Jeffrey and his wife Debra, her daughter Linda and her husband Allan and her daughter Lisa. She enjoyed spending time with her four beautiful grandchildren and has five great grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was a generous and loving individual who will be missed by all.
Visitation 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Route 10, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com).
Graveside Service 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Pequest Union Cemetery, Great Meadows.
Donations in her memory may be made to Autism Speaks, the American Heart Association or the Holy Trinity Orthodox Church.
