77, passed away on April 12, 2025, in Wichita, KS with her husband by her side. Bernice was born in Clayton, New Mexico on August 30, 1947 to Wilborn E. and Alice (Gonzales) Lusk. Bernice graduated from Campus High School and then went to school for cosmetology where she did it for over 30 years. She married James Tune in Aug. 2, 1991, they were married for 34 years. Bernice is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Virginia Bingham, Alvin Lusk and Carol Berger. She is survived by her husband, James Tune, Wichita, KS; sister, Patricia Garcia, Augusta, KS; brother-in-law, Allen Berger, Newton, KS; numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17, from 10-10:30 am with Funeral Service at 10:30 am, both held at Affinity All Faiths Mortuary, 2850 S. Seneca, Wichita, KS, with burial to follow at Old Mission Cemetery, Wichita, KS. 3434 E. 21st Street N. Wichita, KS In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Kansas Heart Association.
