She was born on December 11, 1935, in Halifax, PA, the daughter of the late William and Mary (Travitz) Shoop.
Bertha was married to Charles H. Daley for 60 years.
Bertha was a member of the Millersburg Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed many different gatherings with her church family.
She is survived by three sons, Charles, Jerry, and James, and two daughters, Teresa Snyder and Nancy Schwenk, 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, sisters Margaret Shutt and Bonita Gish, and a brother, Richard Shoop.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by brothers Robert, Thomas, and Clarence Shoop, and a sister, Sadie Harman.
The family will receive friends on Friday, Aug. 1, 2025, at Millersburg Assembly of God from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am at the church with burial to follow at Bowerman's Cemetery, Halifax.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Millersburg Assembly of God, 2261 Shippen Dam Rd, Millersburg, PA 17061.
