Bertha "Mable" Link

Bertha "Mable" Link, 71, of New Castle passed away the evening of October 28, 2025 at UPMC Passavant Hospital.
Born in New Castle on May 25, 1954 Mable was the daughter of the late Orville and Helen Bauder Duncan.
Mable is survived by her beloved husband, Jerry Link. The two were married on February 14, 1987.
Mable had worked as a waitress for Eppinger's Restaurant for many years. She also enjoyed working concessions for various fairs in Lawrence County.
She was a member of Center Presbyterian Church. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, Mable's greatest joy was spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, Mable is survived by her two children, Brandy Pizor (Tim) and Jerry Link, Jr., two sisters, Connie Feldmand (Jay) and Peg Casuccio (the late Tim Casuccio) and one granddaughter, Allyson Pizor.
In addition to her parents, Mable was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Duncan and Edith Pounds and one brother, Orville Duncan,
Visitation will be on Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 12:00 p.m., officiated by Rev. Dr. Randy Stringer. Burial will be at Center Presbyterian Cemetery.
