Robert H. King, 67, of Union Township passed away the evening of November 3, 2025 at UPMC Jameson Hospital.
Born in New Castle on April 30, 1958, Rob was the son of the late Robert E. and Beverly A. Houston King.
On November 13, 1999 Rob married his beloved wife, the former Regene Ayersman. Regene survives at home.
Over the years Rob had worked for Conn Construction, Central Heating & Plumbing, GEM Building Contractors and Developers, Inc. and was currently Director of Maintenance for the YMCA.
Among other things, Rob will be remembered for always having a joke to tell and his enjoyment of music. He was an avid sports enthusiast, coaching football, Pee Wee and Pop Warner at Neshannock and being very involved with Union Township youth baseball. A loving husband and father, Rob's greatest joy was attending all of his children's sporting events and activities and spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his wife, Rob is survived by his two children, Robert King and Isabell King, his brother, John King and his sister Beth Witowich (Bill).
Visitation will be on Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Richard Nero officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
In the words of Rob himself, "Let us remember, that real Men drink for free"
