Beth Berfield Obituary
Beth Ann Berfield, 59, of Williamsport passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024 surrounded by family and close friends.
Born August 1, 1964 in Lock Haven, she was the only child of Jack and Charlotte "Connie" Peters.
Beth was a graduate of Bald Eagle Nittany High School and earned her Associates Degree from Penn College of Technology.
In 1985, she married her best friend, James M. Berfield.
She attended Crossroads Community Church, Jersey Shore.
Beth loved crafting, antiquing and sewing. Her kitten and two dogs, Bailey and Zooey, had a special place in her heart. Most cherished, though, was her family- especially her granddaughter, Hadleigh, whom she adored.
In addition to her husband, James Berfield of Williamsport and parents, Jack and Connie Peters of Flemington, she is survived by her daughters, Sarah (Brad) Myers of Mill Hall and Katherine Berfield (John VanDine) of Williamsport; granddaughter, Hadleigh Myers; and a special family friend, Sue.
Her family wishes to extend their sincerest appreciation to the staff of Bayada LSP, Williamsport, especially Megan Kennedy, and UPMC-The Gatehouse for the care given and compassion shown towards Beth and their family.
A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held at future date.
Memorial contributions in Beth's name may be made to Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745 to assist with funeral expenses.
