Shirley L. Martin, 91, of Lock Haven, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025 in the home she was born in.Born August 7, 1934 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Edith Probst Masden.Shirley was a 1952 graduate of Lock Haven High School.On March 18, 1957, she married Archie Martin, who preceded her in death March 27, 1970.Shirley worked in the cafeteria at Dickey Elementary School until 1980 when she went to work at Woolrich Woolen Mills until her retirement in 1997.She was a member of Swissdale United Methodist Church.Shirley had a fond love for her many pet cats over the years. She was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and Dallas Cowboys and enjoyed watching the Little League World Series. Beyond all, Shirley was devoted to her family and loved cooking and baking for them. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren always knew where to find her never ending supply of candy and cookies. She is survived by three children, Deborah Munro, Archie (Darlene) Martin and Tim (Lori) Martin, all of Lock Haven; six grandchildren: Brooke (Jeff) Williams, Robin (Todd) Marconi, Richie Munro, Tim Martin, Allora Martin and Marissa (Donavan) Allen; and three great-grandchildren: Payton and Jayce Williams and Stella Marconi.Private services will be held at the convenience of Shirley's family.Burial will take place at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Clinton County SPCA, c/o Donald G.
