Beth Ulrich

Beth L. Ulrich, 70, of Owego, NY passed away at home on Thursday March 23, 2023. She is survived by her children, James and Danielle Ulrich, Robert Ulrich and Tammy Myers, Katrina Ulrich and Chris Hulbert, Fred Ulrich and Gina; her grandchildren, Mason, Gina and Brett, Olivia, Hayden, Jaiden and Daryl, Cameron, Joshua, Connor and Makayla, and their father, Cliff Rought, and Allie, David, Maddie and Katie; also her brothers, Leslie and Jan Swartz, Dennis and Cindy Swartz, and their families; and very special friends, Judy and Tommy Toot. She was predeceased by her husband, George Ulrich; and her baby brother, Floyd.
Beth was born in Waverly, NY on June 15, 1952, the daughter of Floyd and Esther (Seaver) Swartz. She was a graduate of Tioga Central School and later retired from IBM, Owego. Beth truly loved horses; she kept many over the years and she especially loved them all. Beth found beauty in the simple things in life like watching wildlife, hummingbirds or just listening to the sound of wind chimes. She loved card games with friends and family, trips to Tioga Downs and occasionally enjoyed a sloe gin and Pepsi.
