Visitation will be held on November 30, 2023, from 5-8 pm at Eline Funeral Home, Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD. The service will take place on December 1, 2023, at 10:30 am at the same location. Following the service, interment will be held at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery on December 1, 2023.
Betty worked for Sweetheart Cup.
