Timothy John Driscoll

Our hearts are heavy as we share the passing of Timothy John Driscoll, who left this world peacefully on November 3, 2025, surrounded by the people who loved him most. He was 60 years old.
Tim was born on December 14, 1964, in Spokane, Washington, and lived a life rooted in family, purpose, and the simple joys of the outdoors. After graduating from high school, he proudly joined the United States Navy at just 18 years old, where he served as a corpsman. His time in the Navy shaped his sense of duty, compassion, and strength, qualities that would guide him throughout his life.
After his service, Tim earned his degree from Eastern Washington University and went on to graduate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He built a meaningful career as a disability and workers' compensation attorney, dedicating his work to helping others and standing up for what was right. His integrity and empathy were the hallmarks of his profession and the foundation of how he treated everyone around him.
To those who knew him, Tim was far more than his career. He was an avid outdoorsman who found peace in the stillness of nature, in the rhythm of the hunt, and in the loyal company of his dogs. He loved his family with a quiet, steady devotion that never wavered. He was a husband who adored his wife, a father who inspired and protected his daughters, a son who brought pride to his mother, and a brother who could always be counted on.
He filled his days with laughter, generosity, and stories that reminded everyone around him what really matters. His presence was grounding. His wisdom was gentle but sure. And his love for life, for the wild, and for his family will stay with us always.
Tim is survived by his loving wife, Ellen Driscoll ; his daughters, Bryn and Zoey Driscoll ; his mother, Karen Driscoll ; and his siblings, Sean, Kevin, Kristen, Kolleen, Burke, and Kathleen. His memory will forever be carried by his family, friends, and all who were lucky enough to know him.
A private graveside service will be held for close family. A Celebration of Life will take place on December 14, 2025, from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Bortner Valley Farm, and all who wish to honor Tim are welcome to join.
Those who wish to remember Tim may do so by spending time outdoors, showing kindness to others, and holding their loved ones close. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ducks Unlimited, an organization that reflected Tim's love for wildlife and conservation.
