Betty Sue Craig, age 89, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Services will be held at Marshall Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Swafford officiating. Burial will be at Eatonton Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Betty was born in Lincolnton, North Carolina on March 31, 1936. She had made her home in Eatonton for many years. She worked as a Seamstress with Eatonton Manufacturing for many years and later worked at Rheem Manufacturing until her retirement. Mrs. Betty had many hobbies included Quilting, Knitting, Sewing, Making Crafts, and Woodworking. Her passions included working in her flower garden and cooking for her Family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Wayne Marshall Craig, a daughter Susan, a son Larry, and three siblings. She was a long-time faithful member of Marshall Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son Newton Craig (Keba) of Eatonton, her grandchildren Marshall Craig, Marissa Harris (Garrett), Miranda Price (Thomas) and Kayla Rhodes, three great grandchildren Joseph, Noah and Mallory, several brothers and sisters also survived.
The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at Marshall Memorial Baptist Church.
