Betty L. (White) Gantt, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025, at the age of 87. Born on Friday, March 25th, 1938, in Hartford, Ohio, Betty was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Betty was predeceased by her parents, Raymond V. White and Carrie McDonald White, her beloved husband, Wayne C. Gantt, and her brother, Robert White.

She is survived by daughters, Penny (Daniel) Mudrzynski and Shirley (Gregory) Gubb. Betty's legacy is carried on by her five grandchildren: John (Carrie) Mudrzynski, Brad (Melissa) Mudrzynski, Bryan (Carol) Gubb, Tyler Gubb, and Sarah (Sam) Brudz. She was also blessed with nine great-grandchildren: Daniel, Joseph, Nathan, and Derek Mudrzynski; Ethan, Carter, and Addyson Gubb; and Palmer and Emmy Brudz. She also leaves behind her loving brothers, John White and Richard White. Betty will be fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews.

Betty's family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at the LeRoy Village Green Nursing Home for their dedicated care and support.

In keeping with Betty's wishes, private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family, and she will be laid to rest in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Elba.In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to your local animal shelter, reflecting Betty's love and compassion for animals.
