She was born January 7th, 1942 in Terra Alta, a daughter of the late Charles W. Latham and the late Ida McNear Eye.
Betty is survived by her children Robert Teets, Jr. (Kelli), Theresa Libert (Ron), Roberta Huff (Brian) and Chrystal Teets; her grandchildren, Tyler and Regan Teets, Brandi Libert-Larson, Alena McFarland, Brian J. Huff, Amanda Poe, and Jeremiah Purdue; great-grandchildren Kimber, Ezekiel, Samantha, Nathan, Keaton, August, Austyn, MacKenna, Aiden, Mariah, Zachary, Jaymee, Ayden, Weston, and Wyatt; great-great-grandchildren Resey, Emri, Tyson, and Jenna; her sister, Carol Price; a special niece, Raquel Lee Gifford; and her special friends, Melissa Tennant and Karen Rice.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John "Jack" Yoke; two grandchildren, Josiah Moses Payton and Jennifer Libert; and her sister, Jackie Stump.
Family and friends are invited to honor Betty's life and legacy at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave., Westover (304-292-9494) on Friday, May 2nd from 5:00 – 8:00 pm and again on Saturday, May 3rd from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am officiated by Pastor Stephen Dodrill. Following the funeral service and at Betty's request, she will be cremated.

It was a blessing to know Betty. I knew her from her concierge days at The Village a Heritage Point. I called her the energizer bunny! She had the best heart and cared for so many residents here. She will be missed. Prayers of comfort for you all. Darla Early

I was visiting my Aunt Gemma D'Agostino at The Heritage and that's how I came to know Betty. She and Aunt Gemma hit it off right away. They were the same (short) height and laughed all the time. She will be dearly missed.
Bright and beautiful, a spirit so kind,
Elegant in heart, leaving worries behind.
Treasured memories, a life well-lived,
Through thick and thin, love has always been gifted.
Yearning for joy, your laughter a song,
Outstanding presence, where you truly belong.
Kindness you share, a light in the night,
Eternal love, shining ever so bright.
My condolences to the family. I was very blessed to have her as a friend.
