Beuron Earl Grogan, Jr., 73, of Griffin, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at his home, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter and faith. He was a beloved man, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Born in Griffin, October 28, 1951, he was a son of the late Beuron Earl Grogan, Sr. and Dorothy Price Grogan. Earl lived his life with strength, integrity and a heart full of generosity. He was a proud business owner of forty-one years to the last standing service station in Griffin, last known as Grogan's Pure, that was started by his father in 1948. He worked tirelessly, not only to provide, but to demonstrate hard work and perseverance. Outside of his work, Earl found joy in the great outdoors. An avid hunter and fisherman who treasured time spent in nature and passed that love onto those around him. Known for his quick-wit and playful humor, he was the family's greatest storyteller, a joker who could bring a smile to any face. To his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, he was more than a pawpaw - he was a hero, a teacher and the best companion for life's adventures. He never skipped a beat. His unwavering love and support, wisdom and laughter will continue to live on through them. Earl truly lived life to the fullest, guided by faith, family, and the joy of simple pleasures. He leaves behind a family who loved him deeply and countless memories that will be cherished forever. He will be remembered always as a man who loved fiercely, laughed freely, and walked faithfully with the Lord. He was preceded in death by his beloved dog, Annabelle. Surviving are his daughters, Carol Ann Grogan Taylor and husband Chad and Jennifer Lynn Grogan Anthony, both of Griffin; grandchildren, Morgan Kennedy and Austin Frix, Cole Kennedy and wife Elizabeth, McClain Taylor, Owen Gladden and Brianna Davison and husband Brandon; great grandchildren, Lawson Frix, Beau Frix, Josie Davison and three others on the way; sister, Patricia Grogan Borders and husband Chris of Woodstock; special cousin, Suzy Doe Moore and husband Ricky; and his constant companion, Roger Rabbit. At Mr. Grogan's request, private services will be conducted later. The family would especially like to thank Zuri and Cynthia of Guiding Light Hospice for their care and compassion throughout Mr. Grogan's illness.
