Beverly Jean Hawkins, 69, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024. She was born on June 17, 1955 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Fate "Red" and Pauline Lynn. Beverly was a dedicated member of the Pleasant Grove Community Church. She was very devoted to her family, loved her church, and loved her farm animals.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her father in law, Harold Hawkins.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Richard Hawkins; son, Jeremy (Shasta) Adams; her brother, Gary Lynn; grandchildren, Balee (John) Burns, and Brayden Adams; her mother-in-law, Aletha Hawkins; and Emily Hilliard; along with a host of extended family and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home - The Ridge Chapel with Pastor Jim Lane officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm prior to the service. A graveside service is to follow at Union Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
