"Beverly "Bev" June Holford

(nee Davis) Made her journey to heaven into the arms of Jesus her Savior on Saturday, August 23, 2025, age 87 years. Beloved wife to Ronald Holford, married for 65 years. Loving mother to Janice Hagen and Mark (Marla) Holford. Dear grandmother of Jonathan Hagen. Further survived by her sister-in-law Lucille "Lou" and other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents William "Edson" and Alma Davis, her brothers Edson (the late Eleanore) Davis, Earl Davis, and Clifford (the late Maralyn) Davis."

Born in Milwaukee in 1937, Beverly grew up on Milwaukee's south side where she graduated from South Division High School in 1956.- She married her husband, Ron, on August 14, 1960. They began raising their family in Milwaukee before moving to northern Wisconsin where they spent most of their life together. Over the years, Beverly was a homemaker, clerk/typist, secretary, bookkeeper, pharmacy technician and librarian. She also served as a Cub Scout Den Mother for several years.

Beverly was a kind, caring, sweet lady who loved spending time with friends and family, including opening her home to visiting family members, cookouts, games, sitting out on the deck with a morning cup of coffee, and out-of-town trips with her lifelong high school girlfriends. She also spent a lifetime serving in her church by ministering in music through playing the piano, singing and other areas of service. Some of her hobbies were crocheting, sewing, swimming and gardening.

A private burial is being planned at Arlington Cemetery. A joint memorial service will be held on a date to be determined for both Beverly and her husband, Ronald, who passed on to heaven September 5, 2025.
