Beverly M. Merrill

Beverly M. Merrill Peacefully transitioned on September 26, 2025, at Hope Hospice at South County Hospital.

She was the Widow of Harry H. Merrill. Born in Pawtucket, RI, she was the daughter of Gladys Simoneau & A. Gaston Simoneau.

Beverly lived at the The Meadows in North Smithfield for 12yrs before moving

in with her family in North Kingstown.

Beverly worked at Health Tex for many years until they closed, she finished her

working days at The Lil General on Central Ave, Pawtucket until she retired.

She enjoyed spending her time with her Family and especially her Great

Grandchildren, and watching her favorite New England Patriots always

missing Tom Brady.

She is survived by her Daughter Wendy Scott and her husband Bill Scott of

North Kingstown, she leaves one Grand Daughter Jessica Peterson and her

husband Michael Peterson of North Kingstown, she also leaves two Great-

Grandson Noland and Gavin Peterson.

Beverly also leaves behind her two Brothers Wayne Simoneau and his wife

Carole of South Caroline, and Larry Simoneau and his wife Martha of

Wakefield, RI.

She is predeceased by her Brother George Rigby, she also leaves behind

several nieces and nephews.

Beverly's visitation will be on Wednesday October 8, 2025, from 5 to 6:30 followed by a Funeral Home Service in the Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick. Her burial will be private.
